RETURN POLICY
ATELIER CÉCILE BOCCARA

If you wish to return, exchange, or obtain a refund for your purchase, you have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of your item.

Returns are made at your expense to the following address:
Atelier Cécile Boccara - Customer Service - 8, passage du Grand Cerf - 75002 Paris – France.

To be accepted, the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and accompanied by a copy of the corresponding invoice. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

TAXES & CUSTOMS

We ship all orders from our workshop in Paris.
Depending on your country's regulations, customs duties or import taxes may apply.
These fees are set by local authorities and are payable by the recipient, as detailed below:

🇺🇸 United States

• Thanks to the de minimis rule, most packages valued at less than $800 enter the country without any fees.
• Over $800:
– Customs duties: approximately 11% for costume jewelry
– UPS/DHL processing fees: $10 to $20
– No VAT is applied in the United States

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

• Under £135: no additional VAT charges.
• Over £135:
– UK VAT: 20%
– Customs processing fees: £10–£20
– Customs duties: 0% for our costume jewelry (HS code 7117.90.00)

🌍 Other countries

Each country applies its own rules.
If fees are applied, your carrier will contact you before delivery.
