Each of our creations is designed and made by hand in our Parisian workshop, using quality materials. Each piece of jewelry is unique, the small differences in shade or appearance make its identity. Avoid any contact with perfume and lacquer.

If you wish to return, exchange, or obtain a refund for your purchase, you have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive your item.

To be accepted, the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and accompanied by a copy of the corresponding invoice. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

Depending on your country's regulations, customs duties or import taxes may apply.
These charges are set by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient, as detailed below:

• Under the de minimis rule, most parcels valued under 800 USD enter duty-free.
• Above 800 USD:
 – customs duties: approx. 11% for fashion jewelry
 – UPS/DHL processing fees: 10–20 USD
 – no VAT applies in the USA

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

• Under 135 £: no additional VAT.
• Above 135 £:
 – UK VAT: 20%
 – customs processing fees: 10–20 £
 – customs duty: 0% for our fashion jewelry (HS code 7117.90.00)

Each country applies its own rules.
If fees apply, your carrier will notify you before delivery.

All our parcels are tracked and insured from our Paris
studio to your door.
